I doubt ISPs do something as blatant as blocking porn though I kinda hope they do attempt it. It'd be the only way to get red states voters to riot against their statesmen and get state net neutrality laws passed.

Throttling is definitely going to happen and there will be quite a few angry dudes when they get right the point of no return and the video starts to buffer >_>

Are you sure? IIRC a couple months ago the government pretty much banned craigslist personals and backpage. There some outrage but that has been quickly forgotten. Maybe the same thing happens with porn. Are people gonna actually protest and out themselves as porn watchers?
