I still have no idea what does this have to do with Assassin's Creed in the grand scheme of things

Like why is this even main AC title at this point

Is this a new IP they were too afraid to test out as such

The things like character selection and dialogue choices make this seem like a western RPG now more than ever

I hope this is like Black Flag and most of this stuff is framing material but there's still plenty of AC stuff to do, but considering it's set even before Origins I doubt it

I would've totally been behind this if they said "a new IP in the Assassin's Creed universe" or "an inspired game running on the AnvilNext Assassin's Creed engine"

But nope, apparently we're taking a break from the basis of the game because Ubisoft is fucking lost
