Seems like no matter what I do, I stay relatively thin, despite gaining weight.

I start at 155 (at 6'1), ate a shit ton, worked out and took supplements like protein and creatine. Get up to 165ish, still look skinny.

Then I start testosterone. Get up to 180, body hard as a rock, and musclulature changes dramatically. Out of nowhere I have a veiny six pack, defined arms, etc.

But I still seem small. I see these model dudes and they are have these weight to their muscles, that I lacked, despite even test use.

Are some skinny guys simply unable to gain that kind of weight? Do genetics come into play?

Maybe it's psychological, and I would feel skinny no matter what. Like an anorexic girl on the other end of the spectrum. But I definitely don't have dat mass.

A bit, but I think that's just a matter of ease, not end results. You can probably get there, just need to work a little harder than some, and it seems like you are, so don't be discouraged.

It sucks. I don't like eating much so it's really a chore to constantly stuff down food I don't want to ingest. But I will continue doing it in hopes of one day looking a certain way.

Well yeah. It's more bad than good for sure.

My hair thinned out dramatically, balls shrink during cycle, and you feel like utter shit when you stop taking.

However when you're on it, you feel really damn good. Confident. Horny. Powerful. Assertive. It has a great mental and physical effects.

But I would never, ever recommend anyone using it. It's a slippery slope and should be avoided. I've only hopped on the train due to personal insecurities about my weight.

Yeah many misconceptions. But it's like that for alot of things. I'd say all drugs have false misconceptions.

This is how disorders start. Accept your body type for what it is, and do things to accentuate that. Roiding to gain an unrealistic body type does way more harm than good.

It depends on how long you've been lifting. I'm 6'4 and look pretty lean but definitely look brolic. It took me years to reach where I'm at. When I was in HS I was at 155 like you.

Im willing to bet that you aren't eating enough calories. Track what you eat for a month and see if you are hitting your required macro nutrients.

You may also have to re evaluate your workout routine in order to reach your goals. Roman wasn't built in a day and neither is a Roman God physique.

After your first initial gains where you are riding the hype train from seeing an actual pump for the first time in your life you will now realize that you are forever small.

Why are you small? Because other people are bigger than you no matter how big you get. Now that youre conscious of how the male body is meant to look, you are paying attention to the details of other dude's bodies in a completely straight way. Youre constantly sizing yourself up against them and falling short.

Congrats. Your only solutions are to become the biggest dude ever or go back to being skinny fat and happy. Fuck the latter though. I'd rather be dead. So if you're like me there's just one solution. Get hugest.

Also known as Bigorexia, i suffered a little with this before i got a girlfriend. There are more than those two solutions though wtf, just keep working out and accept that you don't need to be Arnie to look good.
