On top of that, I think it's really fucking sad that we live in a society where we don't recognize the concept of an "accident" anymore. Everything is now negligence. Everything. There is legally no such thing as an accident anymore. If an accident happens, some fuckface will figure out why it was negligent. It's no wonder there's such little respect among fellow Americans anymore.

Even if you were to label it an accident, you still have to pay. To me calling it an accident is just sugar coating which is fine to me but please still take responsibility for your accident.

They were talking about this on the radio this morning. Going to agree with the ones saying "fair, next" because like the radio djs said... if that statue had fallen on that kid, she absolutely wouldn't have been like "lolol, well we should have been paying attention, guess that's that then!"
