If there's a character who is unlockable or DLC, that's fine. The same goes for if she has an additional attire which leaves less up to the imagination. Chubby chasers can have their fun.

But if there's a heavy character in skimpy clothing in a game that's meant to titillate, that's just going to ruin the experience for me and I'm going to avoid buying the game outright.

That's just being real. It'd be like if I were watching a show for all the beautiful young women, then two middle aged guys started making love. It's like, I'm sorry, but that's gonna turn me off when the product's meant to turn me on.

To be fair DOA has a reputation of big boobs and booty. They even have the spinoff fanservice heavy beach series.

I understand that my fetishes tend to be the unwanted kind. I'm not knocking people for liking other things. I'm just saying that the DOA girls are pretty much universally agreed upon to be attractive. Adding something that repulses some people or makes some people uncomfortable would risk sales.

Let's not pretend that DOA is enjoyed purely for the fighting mechanics.
