You don't see anything. The only way you even know someone you have ignored posted is if you are paying attention to the post numbers. Their post will be skipped. So for example, it will go from post #5 to post #7. But you won't see a blank spot where their post should be, or anything like that.

Once you reach twenty-five, I think you can start blockin' people. In any case, there's really no harm; I just don't see the point in asking a question you can easily answer by yourself.
