Jen0125 06/23/18 12:27:09 PM #1:	Now that I'm not drinking and I am feeling all my emotions I'm crying more. Especially sad ones. I'm having a hard time dealing with the negative consequences of my previous lifestyle choices so I've been crying about that. But at least I'm not beating myself up over it. But it just pushed them down. And it just built up. Like when you cough a lot. And you have to get it all out. I dont know if crying works like that, but maybe. Good luck! Hope you feel better soon. You can live a more functional day to day life as a smoker, but lung cancer is no fun. Sugar became my thing. SWEDISH FUCKING FISH. I've never had a sweet tooth but I've been craving sweets like mad the past couple of months. I'm still trying to get my medications worked out. This Efexor is giving me really bad emotional bluntness where I'm pretty much emotionally flat or down. I am not able to feel any positive emotions right now. It's really shitty. But I see my personal psychiatrist tomorrow and the psychiatric nurse practitioner I see at the outpatient center I go to gave me the name of a medication to get information about from them to see if it would be a good replacement.
