Honestly? It's The Simpsons. You never really know where they're going with their episode titles, so let's not assume anything until it's out.

Now if it were Family Guy, despite also somewhat having that tendency, I'd be willing to bet that literally was what's going to happen. But with The Simpsons you really can't be sure.
