I really don't understand the current collective liberal meltdown.

We all knew someone, it not multiple justices, would die or retire, and Trump would get several picks.

I didn't say it was good. I'm not in either party, but I can see that this is probably bad for the country overall. If Clinton had won, it would've been the same thing in reverse, and would have been just as bad for our democracy.

I just don't understand the meltdown. This was all obviously going to happen since Trump got elected

Yeah I'm a liberal but I'm not delusional I know this is a hell of our own making.

So does the expansion of what you call "equal" rights restrict the freedoms of a lot of people.

At some point people should realize that no matter where you draw the line, someone is going to be hurt.

Being able to openly express your sexual orientation and enjoy the same benefits as a heterosexual couple literally does not restrict someone else's "freedoms".

Just like liberals kicked a conservative out of their restaurant for disagreeing with them, conservatives would like to exercise those same rights with respect to their businesses.

Forcing someone to serve another person is indeed a restriction on their liberty. That is just a fact.

thankfully you don't know someone is gay unless you ask them most the time. I know there is this Christian bakery who happily serves me because they don't know I'm a homo. Jokes on them. Their cookies have provided sustenance to a homosexual and there's nothing they can do about it.

Ugh? Pretty sure that ONE baker wanted to serve the gay couple. He just refused to make a gay styled cake. He offered that couple to option to BUY anything they wanted.

Which is simply not the same as what happened at the Red Hen.

That baker never chased the gay couple out of store..
