It's like a FIFA youth organization, they take children from around the world, the kids get to act as escorts, flag bearers, etc., play matches with other children and participate in cultural exchanges. Also the kids get to meet their favorite players and stuff.

I think it's to help develop soccer internationally and the children represent the future of the sport.
