Tandy 07/02/18 8:24:33 PM #1:	Usually a lurker, but looking for some advice. My wife (...well, ex, still weird saying that) and I were together for 10 years, married for 2 of them. We were high school sweethearts and I thought we'd be together for the rest of our lives. I wanted to have kids and start a family with her. I began to feel her pull away and when I confronted her about it, my world came crashing down. So now we're officially divorced, she rushed the paperwork and it was all said and done before I could really even come to terms with it. But I don't even know where to begin getting back "on the horse" so to speak about finding and meeting someone new. I've been out of the game for so long that I feel lost. From experience, this is a huge mistake. Right now, you are experiencing a wide variety of negative feelings, you are extremely vulnerable, and prone to rash and flat out stupid decisions. This is not the time to think about relationships. This is the time to examine your life, "autopsy" your failed marriage, and come up with a plan to get yourself back on track. Set goals, and strive to accomplish them.
