smt4a had the best gameplay though oh for sure, and imo the story and side quest integration is better paced but the story is just less interesting. Personally I hope it isnt like Nocturne. Nocturne is my least favourite SMT (of Nocturne, Strange Journey, 4, Apocalypse, Soul Hackers, the two Raidou games, Digital Devil Saga, Devil Survivor 1&2, and the six main Personas).
