This is groundbreaking....Never in a million years did I think that exercise could, in fact, help with weight loss.

Nobody in the history of the world thought this or discussed this until NY Times posted about it.

They say this like there was any doubt. The thing is that a lot of overweight people think that diet and exercise means to starve yourself and work out for hours and hours a day.

Reading the labels on food is important, but you have to know what to look for. 90% of people who read the nutrition facts are only looking for carbs and calories (which you need to exercise).
