The only people that say that are the people that are the hard-line liberal type. SJWs don't own insulting their political opponents. Hell, if anything, Conservatives are better at insulting Progressives. SJW, for example. Cuck, soyboy, poz'd, snowflake, tumblrina, trigglypuff, beta male, leg beard, smugglypuff, etc.

Then there are personalized insults that are usually good for a chuckle. For example, in some further Right circles, they jokingly refer to the youtuber Baked Alaska as Blacked Alaska to make fun of him. Or they might call Carl Benjamin, Sargon of Cuckkad. Or The Step-Father, to mock him for his current attempts to become some ideological figurehead and because he is raising another man's kid.

I've heard them mockingly refer to someone they want to accuse of disingenuously shedding tears over something as crying "CNN tears". Because fake news = fake tears.
