In that particular case with the snow plow the city should have simply responded "Emergency services use roadways so those get preference." If someone pushes the issue just respond with a followup like, "Do you want to be the one to explain to a loved one why their spouse had to die of a heart attack so you could go jogging by the lake?" That should be the end of it.

I love how this article has to specify that the men are Latino. Not to go off subject but this is a prime example of white privilege.

I understand if the men had a warrant, its pretty obvious that news outlets should provide their description as best they can, but for this?
