None, why would it? The only reason you care is because you've seen them on a screen. All the reasons you like them still exists.

If you get sad at other people dying too then I'd at least give you credit there

Why do dumb edgelords always post shit like this and pretend to be oblivious to the concept of having role models, idols and inspirations

Because some people don't see the sense in forming some attachment to people they don't know. Yea it sucks if some celebrity I like dies but I don't lose any sleep about it and go on with my day.

Its a tie between Robin Williams and Anthony Bourdain for me. Both of those rocked the hell out of me.

George Burns was another sad one, but at least he made it to 100 like he always said he would.

The bolded ones shocked me because of how they both died

tbh, the star of a movie franchise about street racing dying after a speeding driver lost control of his vehicle is, in several senses, ironic especially since he wasn't the guy driving.

For some reason, Xxxtentacion's death had me super fucked up, despite me not being a real big fan of his.

Oh yeah, had almost forgot about his death. Then again, the only thing I know him for is domestic abuse.

Because edgy people gonna edge? idk, even overlooking feeling anything in regards to celebs as people -- which is absolutely warranted in at least some cases (thought-leaders, for instance) -- you're losing out on them as entertainers, meaning characters are getting written out, movies aren't getting made, etc. The thing that they intentionally can't seem to grasp is that while a body of work still exists, countless more works will never have the chance to exist. Heath Ledger was only 28. He had decades of starring roles ahead of him, even if you overlook that he died in the middle of a trilogy.

In the case of a favorite politician or philosopher, you're losing out on a tremendous influence. There were countless people who grieved for JFK -- people that the edgy crowd would likely mock for caring about a politician -- and not just for the man as he was, but for all the things he had yet to do.

I think with other celebrities, they were older and had already lived the prime of their lives. But X was a kid I genuinely wanted to see do better for himself and his life was cut so tragically short.

Didn't care for the guy, but was particularly bothered that someone so young with that kind of reach was murdered in broad daylight.

I was also really sad to learn that the user Macho Man Savage passed away in a freak accident a few months ago. Seemed like such a cool dude with a good life ahead of him.

Probably Dio or Lemmy Kilmister

Both of these, but Lemmy's was much worse.

How was his worse? The guy's blood was probably like 90% cocaine and 10% other shit at any given time. It's a miracle he even lived half as long as he did.

Speed* he quit coke in the 90s

Chester Bennington definitely. Loved his music from linkin park and grey daze. Still incredibly shocking he's no longe here and LP isn't the same.

Second would be Robin Williams
