Now I've used drugs and stuff in the past but I've always been responsible enough to do it in small intervals as to not get hooked.
Nowadays I don't do any drugs and I barely drink. Anyway, the point is I don't want my body to have any adverse effect from any outside source, including caffeine. So besides just quitting cold turkey, what are things I can do to stave off this dependency? Thx I love u all ... Copied to Clipboard!

Plz guys
I wake up pretty early in the AM and like to have coffee in the morning I'm thinking that maybe I can start eating breakfast instead? Seems like a healthier method to getting energy in the morning. Waking up isn't really an issue for me. Now besides coffee I only drink water otherwise. Is there some kind of juice that helps with early mornings that you guys have had experience wth ... try decaf see if the placebo helps
