This, yeah, to an extent. Although it's also an opportunity for me to speak up and have some influence on the way we operate, so I tend to be engaged in them.

However, that's just most of my meetings. Local. Sometimes we have video calls with other locations, and those are hardly "meetings". More just one or two c level people talking at the rest of the company for an hour. Zero to minimal engagement. Those can be a real drag.

I don't usually mind meetings at my current job. When I worked for a government agency, though, the manager over my department would run her mouth for hours. I won't go into any more detail because I still hate her guts and thinking about her gets me angry, even all these years later.
