? If so how you over come it? I don't know if I am addicted or not but everyday I go to porn sites and look for the best vids to watch and download. I'd estimate I spend 1 to 6 hours per day on porn sites and masturbating depending on if I work the next day or not and if the game I am currently playing is super fun. If I stop watching porn I can probably spend 1-6+ hours doing something useful but probably not cause I'd probably play games instead but it would probably be better than watching porn and masturbating or I might actually do something that benefits me.

All you can really do is go cold turkey. If you can survive a few days without doing it then you won't have as much of an urge to. It really only takes a few days to break the worst of the addiction though.

It's also good to keep your hands busy/mind occupied. If you are just sitting around bored, especially if you are aimlessly browsing the Internet it's easy to slip up and head over to a porn site. Constantly be looking for better ways to spend your time. Get up and go for a walk if you have to.

I'm someone that has also lost several hours a day to porn/masturbation in the past and I definitely realize what a waste it is.

You are definitely addicted.

All you need to do is just tough it out and go cold turkey for at least a week.

Make a habit out of it being only once a week and eventually your brain will only start wanting it once a week.

Well me see edge for at least 45 minutes.
I don't see how a person could watch porn for (2 yes because sometimes I edge that long) 6 hours? No lol.
