Seems like these are the steps:
*File an LLC with the state (hire a registered agent), and wait until it gets approved before going further
*File for a trademark for the company name
*File for an EIN with the IRS
*Open a business checking account
*Open a business credit account
*Buy domain names, register social media, etc.
*Hire graphic artist for a company logo
*File for a copyright for the company logo

And then you're all set to actually begin... Keep the LLC completely separate from your personal finances to protect your personal assets.

Get general and professional liability insurance once business is finally up and running, ready to accept clients.

Am I missing something?

Come tax season, because an LLC is a pass-through, it'll just be money from my normal full time job + net profit/loss from my business - tax deductions (standard deduction for personal and Schedule C business related deductions) = taxable income...

Right?

I do not intend to quit my full time job. Just intend to start this business as a side job, but with the protection of a separate entity afforded by the LLC designation.

Yup, which I plan on acquiring after setting everything up as an LLC so I can deduct it as a business expense.

So who would be hiring you? Individuals or like other businesses hosting the courses?
