ASW players tend to play a lot of ASW games. This makes "single entrant" lists like this nonsense, because I'm wiling to bet most Xrd players are also playing in DBFz or BBTAG. The only purpose of this list is to artificially inflate Capcom games which are circling the drain.

You know why SF has the largest list of "SF only" players? Because nobody else wants to put up with that shit.

Is the OP implying that not playing Smash is a necessary conditional for FGC membership? Like, it's not enough to play SF or DBFZ or whatever competitive traditional fighter you prefer. You also have to not play Smash?

Nevermind that there are some regular top 8 players at these tourneys that also consistently compete in Smash.

TC is one of those hardcore "smash isn't a fighter" guys that will endlessly bitch about how it doesn't belong at evo and is super salty that Capcom only has 1 fighter in Evo whereas ASW has 3 and Nintendo has 2.

Yeah, but that position isn't even internally consistent. Why would playing Smash specifically disqualify one from FGC membership, and not any other non-fighting game title? Why isn't playing something like Mario Kart or CoD equally disqualifying? How is their myopia so blatantly arbitrary?
