It got deep into the car seats he barely sat on it like 10mins while he test drove it and it smells like sweat and wet clothes left outside for too long. Actually smells like dirty laundry

Cleanse it with fire.

Baking soda has helped get vomit smell out of my car, so I'm sure it would help with BO.

I sprayed it to death with febreeze I'll see how that goes

This is probably a little too much for what you're asking for but the best way to eliminate any odor from your car is to use an ozone generator. It was the only thing that completely removed cigarette smell from my car instead of covering it up.
