thats what im wondering, is it worth doing that or should I just get the last bit of skyrim done? I've done everything else I've wanted to do.

You have to find an item in one dungeon that's optional

Then bring it to another dungeon that's optional

And then set it on their throne to call them in

Unless they mean the one who will challenge you when you hit level 81, they'll challenge you when you enter any city after reaching that level and then you'll be able to meet them in a mountain area and talk to them to start the fight. Or sneak attack them. Or fusrodah them to their death like I did since they're not even a hard boss mechanically but because their stats, gear and level is high enough that it's like... You know how at high levels you can walk up to bandits and kill them in 2-4 hits? That's basically the boss except he doesn't spam time freeze to menu potion like you do.
