Watching it for the first time since it aired over 10 years ago, and while it is absolutely awesome, I dont understand why Tony pretended to be a good guy to get access to the bioweapon, which involved stopping Starkwood from carrying out THEIR attack.

Why didnt he just let them do their thing if his plan was to carry out his own attack with the bioweapon anyway?

IIRC Starkwood had like a dozen rockets with the stuff loaded in I think?

Tony may have just wanted a more controlled attack?

And also Tony and the group backing him wanted to set that Islamic guy up for the attack, as opposed to an attack being carried out by an American company

I may be way off base but this is what I remember

Ah, I guess that makes sense, there was a consensus amongst the bad people that Hodges went off the rails by wanting to openly wage war on his own government.

I cant co-sign that opinion because Henderson, Logan and Martha were all fucking legendary.
