o Kid who's DEVELOPMENTALLY DELAYED picks up a BOY and THROWS him 30FT!!!

Full Throttle 08/04/18 11:57:45 PM #1:	Do you know "developmentally delayed" is? - Results (0 votes) Yes % (0 votes) 0 No % (0 votes) 0 18 y/o Roman Adams from Minnesota, who's DEVELOPMENTALLY DELAYED was charged for throwing a young boy over the RAILING and down a 31ft water slide because he was impatient in line! He was upset after waiting too long at Apple Valley Aquatic Centre and in his frustration he picked up a young boy in front of them and threw him over the railing and down the waterslide platform and sent him more than 30ft down the concrete ground!! Police said he admitted to doing it and knew his actions harmed the young boy.. Roman and the boy had no interactions with each other and didn't know each other as authorities were called to the scene at 1:35pm where responders found the boy conscious and breathing and suffered multiple broken bones He will require surgery and is in stable condition where he'll make a full recovery An aide was with Roman but it wasn't clear if they accompanied him in line.. Roman also BIT a lifeguard like a DOG at the same pool last month Captain Nick Francis said "There was no argument, no pushing, no shoving, no words exchanged, just this individual walking up and throwing this poor kid off the top.
