Current Events > Has anyone here ever been to Greenland?

For some reason, I felt like learning more about Greenland and it seems like an interesting place. To anyone who has been there before, what is it like? Would it be a country worth visiting?

Also, apparently a meteor exploded right above a U.S. military base there not too long ago. Scary stuff!

I flew over it on my way to Europe >_>

Yeah, that's one thing that really caught my eye. Also, apparently seafood is one of the main food items there. I hate seafood. D:

it's an independent nation now. It's the only other nation on north america. Also the only place where native americans live that didn't get wiped out by europeans. Last greenland has enormous wealth to gain from global warming. Melting snow means new natural resources being discovered.

I also noticed the population is rather small. I guess not many people want to live in this tundra.
