So if All Might was born quirkless why and how does he use it to change forms? That seems like a separate quirk. And if it really is just One for All, will Midorya be able to do that too eventually?

I guess that makes a lot of sense, but I would've assumed we would've seen some body mass increase when Midorya was able to use 20% of it.

some people theorize that it might have been tied to some innate and/or worthless quirk on its own without One For All, since his body was able to quickly get used to OFA unlike Deku

Wasn't that after he became weakened from using one for all too long

After his fight with All For One when his ability to use OFA is completely gone. He says he can't use OFA and then also mentions he can't maintain his muscle form.

Whether or not he is alluding to having a separate quirk or not is completely up to interpretation.

He really is. He had all the makings of a potential comedic character and while he still is pretty funny, that's barely scratching the surface of who he is.

I like to think that the muscle form IS apart of OfA. It's most likely a state of having your muscles fully engaged at 100% rather than unleashing 100% of the potential he has. Going into manga spoilers here.

I'm not sure if I'm making sense of these words. A casual punch from a muscle form is on par to a non muscle form 100% that deku shows. Still that 100% non muscle form is pretty damn strong we witnessed this during the overhaul fight

Not to mention if you read the latest chapters...You may be inclined to think that Deku may have access to the quirks of the previous wielders of OfA. A lot of people are comparing it to being like an avatar. It also seems to be that All Might wasn't very good at using the ACTUAL potential of OfA since he never saw the previous wielders, but he was very good at getting the main power of strength enhancement out of it.

But then wouldn't it stop being the counterpart to All for One? The only difference here is that you don't have to steal quirks. Plus it would go against the name of the quirk itself since it's supposed to be one quirk for potentially all people.

OfA stocks power. Who the fuck knows what that means. Could mean stocking up quirks or just plain stocking up strength. But for a quirk that just "stocks power" being told to break out of mind control during the tournament, there's certainly a lot more going on. Could mean having previous users experiences like an avatar take over for you when time needs it too. It's not sure but it seems to be pointing in that direction for now.

I'm not against this actually, I just hope it doesn't lead to powerups out the ass because one of my favorite things about this series is everybody's growth actually being the results of training and experience.
