Too sugary. Try a La Fin Du Monde. Not too expensive, a bit stronger and tastes better.

Hoegarden is a bit better of a wheat ale to me than Blue Moon. But I've never had any issues with either fizzing out the bottle.

Also be civilized and please not put fruit in your beer.
