For a long time I didn't understand what well done actually meant. I thought it meant the outside was charred, and that's how I like my flank steak. It's fucking good. But you need a little bit of pink in the middle at least. That char is the best tho

I even ate raw beef sometimes, but doesn't really care if when a steak is rare or well done. as long the final product tastes good, that's what I care.
