Rey mentions it in TFA when she first meets Han.
She's astounded and makes some remark that they're in the ship that made the Kessel Run in 14 parsecs, and Han corrects her --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console. Started on: 12/1/2009 https://imgur.com/mPvcy ... Copied to Clipboard!

I hate what the new movies did with that line. It didn't make sense because parsecs are a measure of length, not time. The best interpretation of it was that Han was bullshitting to see if Ben caught on (he makes a comment to Chewey after about how they're a couple of rubes they can take easy money off of). But instead they made it canon and constructed a convoluted scenario where the line makes sense again. Obi Wan even gives Han a "Really? You're trying to BS me with that line?" kind of look too. But they chose to use it in a later movie cause people recognize it and it would "look cool". That's the whole reason for all these new SW movies really. --- https://imgur.com/hslUvRN When I sin I sin real good. ... Copied to Clipboard!
