Just take colour keys for example - take any non-main character person from a modern anime and they're all the same. As a person who used to watch back when it was Japanimation, I can assure you that anime was never aimed at much more than "high school trash." I don't like that trend, It's nothing against anim as art, I grew up with Sailor Moon and still love Sailor Moon, but I do feel there's a lot of "good-looking but bad" anim now. --- Who's your favorite character from "Bend It Like Beckham"?
