Independent. I live in California, so the only reason to register for a specific party would be to vote in the presidential primaries. This is why I kinda want to switch my registration from Independent to Democrat (though I would much rather closed primaries just not be a thing). I'm from Florida and now live in DC, both places are closed primary, so you pretty much don't get to vote except for in general elections if you're an Independent. I think I switched back to Independent after going Dem to vote for Bernie (fuck off Oregon with its stupid laws) but I don't even know at this point.
