Obviously, if this ever was announced, it's since been quietly cancelled, but I can't find any trace of a news story that I'm sure I remember reading.
I believe that at some point, several years ago (possibly coinciding with the last divisible-by-five anniversary), Square-Enix announced two new spinoffs. I can't remember what one of them was meant to involve, but the other was to be an alternate-continuity retelling of the first game, only with Riku as the protagonist and DDD's FlowMotion mechanics. Ringing any bells with anyone else, or am I suffering from the Mandela effect (or vaguely remembering a hoax)? --- The shattered stage is set and there's a role you must fulfil ... I don't remember that, and I've been fairly on top of KH news. Honestly that sounds kind of neat though depending on how they did it.
