There are decent mobile games out there, they just cost money up front like regular games.

When I used to play, I would assign the characters and then close the app until I had time to check in later. I don't think most people watch for the time that the characters are assigned. It's passive gaming and idk it was fine for me for awhile.
Something I could open, spend 3-5 minutes on, then return to daily life. If I wanted something more involved, it's likely not going to be consumed via my phone. --- Merps. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Same thing happens with Fallout:Shelter and quests. They're great games to play on and off every few hours, but there's nothing to gain from actually being active on the app itself.

This is one of my favorite mobile games. Costs $4 to buy the full game on mobile, has no micro transactions, and is even better imo than a lot of the old crpgs.

I played Tapped Out for a few months until I one day asked Why am I doing this exactly? and stopped. It was fun to design a Springfield, at the very least.

I think Google play has a top grossing filter. That should tell you what not to play.
