1. In December a former classmate at his college complained that he beat on her and sexually assaulted her in the past. Two classmates (witnesses) went to testify about it in student court at the time.

2. In April he was charged for calling in a fake bomb threat on a train, saying it was in some ladies bag. The FBI got involved.

3. In July costar Alice Wetterlund (Silicon Valley) accused him of having been a bully and petulant brat on set.

Do you find TJ Miller funny?

I find him funny for sure, no idea if that's the script or his delivery.

I've never seen his stand up but I miss him on Silicon Valley. I'm glad they not only kept Jian Yang relevant but actually bolstered his role though. I actually saw his actor in that Mark Whalberg movie about the Boston Marathon bombing. That was neat. I was all "Oh shit that's Jian Yang!"
