Plus during that scene where you wake up in the vault and Shaun is taken, if you use an out of bounds glitch or whatever, you can see that it's inside of the same area as the later Kellogg memory den sequence. Or how we were the only one to survive despite all the other units failing in the vault. Or us defeating Kellogg basically out of the vault and later on, beating courser which could take down armies by themselves.
