Not at all, because Pracinhas are strictly worse than Minutemen, who come much, much earlier.

Of course, a little troublesome factor might be Brazil's schtick with great Tourism, where if it has a massive advantage American cities would simply openly revolt and join the enemy.

i think the actual question is:

How fucked would be Brazil be if Brazil decided to raise their armies against the US?

which really would depend on how relentless and unprovoked Brazil attacks the US Navy.

because there's a giant ass impassable-by-driving swamp they need to cross if they want to invade by land(not to mention getting permission from every country between Brazil and the US).

so if they relentlessly attack the Navy, then they'd have to go on the defensive. and America has enough non-Nuclear explosives to bring the #rekt within days.
