We've been together for 3 yrs and I've put on about 40 pounds in that time. This past year she's been making tons of comments and making me feel like shit for being stressed and gaining weight.

Like, she always has a comment or joke about my weight but she's really been on me about it lately and she actually went and got us both gym passes to work out together.

I was already super nervous about going and as soon as we walk in I see a group of super jacked bros stare at her for what felt like an eternity. the main bro noticed me and made a comment and they all started laughing.

Anyway, we go through a few different machines and I'm struggling the entire time and this group keeps circling us like vultures. My girl wanted to do squats and I really wasn't comfortable because of my weight I can barely squat down

She decides to go first and I try spotting her and I just fall on my ass and get super red and this is when main Chad steps in and gives me a hand up. For a split second I think he's an alright guy and he directs me to a nearby bench to take a breath

But this is when I knew I fucked up, as soon as I sit down he goes up to my girl and offers pointers and tips. He immediately grabs her by the hips and goes, 'yeah, stick that ass out more for me' and pretty much grinds on her. I can tell she's super into it and starts giggling while giving him a stare in the mirror

After their set he walks by me with a dumb smirk and his huge boner bounces right in front of my face.

He told my girl he's a personal trainer and he'd give her a few lessons

In the car ride home I tell her how pissed I am and she better not go to him and she tells me to stop being so obnoxious and I should be grateful he helped out

A quick google search says this doesn't seem to be a copypasta and TC is being genuine.

Since that's the case, find another gym with people that respect you and want to help you succeed. That, or go at 5:30 in the morning (The hardest part is to get up this early for the first time, after that, it's smooth sailing) with the older folks.

tbh if she's acting like that with you around, i can't imagine what she does when you're not. Not trying to make you feel bad or paranoid, but it sounds like you should consider moving on because it seems she's at least open to other dudes if not having cheated already

If this is real then I feel bad for TC because people who pull someone elses girlfriend infront of them and then smirk is lowest form of scum.

But TC if your girlfriend is like that, then shes not meant for you in the first place. You should move on and find someone else likes you for who you are.

Work on your squat form and eat at a 500 below your maintenance level of calories while getting in at least 75g protein a day.
