I don't agree with modern doctors who claim you'll be better off living as the sex you, physically, are not. Also, TC, while it's fair if you think a transwoman is just a mentally ill man in a dress, it's still the respectful thing to do to address that person as a woman to her face. There is no reason to go out of your way to be a dick if the request is not unreasonable. Just use the preferred pronoun and think what you want outside of that.
