Just because I think he's the first to kill Dracula solo, and then when it's his son's turn, his son gets possessed so Christopher just does double-duty on Dracula killing despite being in his like, 40's. And he still comes out of it alive, unharmed, and with his son back to normal. No death by curse, no brainwashing, no memory loss, no dead wife.
