JlM 08/25/18 3:21:51 PM #4:	I don't think it's robbers necessarily, but a wave of panic always washes over me for no apparent reason. 80% of the time it's those ACN scammer assholes who say they work with the water company and want to see your water bill so they can get you a great new low rate. So I tell them to hold on while I find it and just go back to doing whatever.
