Went to a doctor for my yearly checkup. $500 for the doctor visit and $700 for blood work.
My copay: $0, because yearly checkups are included in my insurance. Holy shit. Why is this so expensive? The person that checked me in told me sometimes it's better not to have insurance because they give a flat 70% discount to those without insurance. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

My personal favorite is how home insurance doesn't cover you in the event of flood, fire, tornado, etc. What the hell is it for then? If your home just spontaneously falls down? --- But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them - bring them here and kill them in front of me ~Jesus Christ ...
