I read that one of the parachute jumps becomes unavailable after doing the quest "derailed". I was saving the jumps for later. Does this mean I screwed myself out of getting 100% this playthrough?

1 - I didn't even know there were parachute jumps in GTA 5 wtf.
2 - According to the GTA Wiki - ATTENTION: Because of the train wreck, this parachute jump becomes unavailable between the missions, Derailed and Hang Ten. So it looks like it temporarily becomes unavailable.
