Even though Im saving the XIII group Lightning is by far my highest priority of them and I wont risk her to save any of the others if it comes down to it. Honestly Serah, Snow and Chocolina will be lucky to make it through 3 saves at best. Theyre definitely gonna be the first cuts because they dont really have much support. Sazh and Fang never really impress. Vanille had one good run, but shes like my 2nd least favorite of the bunch. Hope usually does well, but that was back when Nio and voltch were still around too. So uh yeah most of them will be lucky to even get to the 4 save rounds lol

Vanille success would probably get kateee back in attention

Even as a fan of a game I have standards. I didn't save O'aka when I could have just because he's from X. I couldn't imagine saving O'aka and eliminating a legitimate top 10 character, that's crazy to me.

But whatever I guess. This might be a hidden blessing since it'll keep 6 from pushing in terrible fodder next year.

I think Snows best run was like 25th or something when he debuted. Since then hes done bad. Hes totally the type that if he got a run would do ok and then be booted next year

I don't remember those specific rounds but Agnes and Rinoa are top 10 for me and I would've saved Chocolina over them in a heartbeat. I can't push everything and Year of XIII will be a fun project.

But yeah, Ill try to get them as far as I can without jeopardizing the several years of work Ive put into Lightning. Its at least 8 contests worth so thats almost 10 years jeez

After the end of soft boots, I can now definitely say my priority list for next year's nominations are:

1. Basch (probably only, really, unless others get interested too)
2. Shuyin (Lowest stats holder and Lenne got back in)
3. Kadaj (One appearance away from stats)
4. Baralai (He did good that one time... I'd rather not have him in a category with Ariana)

I will assume that Auron doesn't need my help, nor should Locke. It's really just gonna be Basch though since I managed to avoid losing stuff during the last 10 rounds that would need my help.

At one point, Gaius's numbers would have put him in consideration for a spot in the top 20, but success is hard to maintain when you're not really anyone's top priority. Add in the low number of appearances, and the drops just come that much faster. With this result, Gaius drops from 52.50% to 46.20%, falling 13 spots to 55th.

With this placement, Edgar drops from 66.14% to 64.08% and falls one spot to 20th overall.

I don't want to reuse any so I basically used all the good ones in the first topic or something. The amount of times I've thought of LENNEy Kravitz and then been like "shit" is kind of annoying

My hopes for this year were Garnet + improving Cyan's undeservedly terrible stats, but now that we're 25 rounds in I just don't see much future in a Garnet run. Most days, Nanis is in the wrong time zone for the round and Karo + me could only get her so far. I still helped her get through boots so I hope neither one of you think ill of me for jumping ship. And as for Cyan, I feel like we might already be at the point where his stats will improve? They were really bad stats.

Anyway, Year of XIII seems to be the spontaneous thing this year and I'd like to be a part of it!
