I'd probably be bothered. I'd likely walk into a business and then have the manager either force the person recording to stop or eject them from the property.
mrduckbear posted... legally speaking, if someone records you in public then that's OKAY...but would you have a meltdown if someone does? let's see if people would. Legally speaking, it varies area to area because there are other laws you may be violating in the process. And even when it's not technically illegal, the cops won't necessarily give a fuck. I probably wouldn't care. While I don't want to see videos plastered all over social media, I think at this point nobody would recognize me and it would be quickly forgotten. It's a silly thing to worry about. So many dumb people have phones that you're likely in the background of tons of pics.
