...a product has a majority of ratings that are 5 and 1 out of 5? I'm looking at these wires and the reviews are basically, "garbage" or "works perfect".

Seems a lot of the one-stars are particularly because the cables don't work.

I look for reviews elsewhere. If it's a unique item to that site I will check the reviews there that go into detail as to why they rated it as such. More often than not the valid reviews give resons gor the ratings and not just "nest evar!!" Or "sucks. Don't waste your money" Those are the only reviews worth considering.

Gotta read the reviews. Details help. If some clown just writes 'doesn't work' then I'm inclined to say they didn't set it up properly. Likewise with 'works great' as those could be bought.
