47 y/o Joseph Sireci from Miami, Florida is charged with SECOND DEGREE BATTERY after he licked his finger and stuck it in his GIRLFRIEND'S EAR to give her a WET WILLY!!

His girlfriend, who doesn't want to be named came home from work on August 15th and found him drunk as a mule. She said her "live in boyfriend" was drunk and lying on the floor and said they started to argue and he became rude with her...

She decided to take her daughter to her nurse's house but Joseph then followed her and continued to "drink and be belligerent" but ot before he grabs her hand and then gives her a wet willy!!

His girlfriend told him to stop repeatedly but he wouldn't and then when they got home, he started throwing things around the house.

He was arrested and released on 2500 bond and refused to give a written statement to investigators.
