Note I've received extra change one time I detected and gave it back so yeah I doubt it'll ever come up. I'm thinking mostly like, if the local supermarket that has overcharged me several times gave me an extra 5 bucks change I'd keep it. But then again they get away with charging me extra because I'm not carefully counting change/item ring ups so even if they gave me extra change I probably wouldn't notice. --- No problem!
