And what % of the population has a major lie on their resume, like a college degree they don't have? Do you think a college degree is more helpful or a lie about experience with the job? I suppose the employer might question how they would get experience though in some cases if they just put a job down without a degree too.

i've been able to flower up my responsibilities in some roles to a more professional wording that isn't inaccurate.
