I threw up playing TWEWY on DS, maybe being on one screen will help.

Though I really, really hate playing the Switch undocked.

Really I just wanna play like a normal game. Pointer/moition/stylus stuff always lessens games for me. Let me bush buttons.

Maybe. I love the aesthetic a lot, as far as I'm concerned the only good looking designs Nomura has ever done. Music is great, everything else about it rules. But actually playing is terrible and makes me sick. I was just hoping they would find a way to make it worse this time since I know a looooooooooooooot of people out there dumped the game because of the controls.

well a couple of the boss fights are pretty difficult without utilizing the Light Puck properly but for the most part this is true

No, I can't look back and forth between the two screens during active combat. Motion sickness.

Well good news, the Switch only has one screen! And were also still not sure what the control scheme actually is for controlling the partner, it seems like some footage/screenshots show the top screen mini game, but others show something like what the mobile port did.

(I do wish there were an optional vertical screen mode that played like the original did though)

It's not too hard to pay attention to the top screen, you just have to be somewhat adept at dodging with Neku while you're not looking at the bottom screen.
